8:30: You will be picked up at your hotel lobby and transferred to local market by car/bus. Arrive at the local market, you will discover shoping culture of the villagers and bargain with shop owner for some herbs that are crucial ingredients of Pho making.
9:00 - 10:30: Take a short boat, you will listen to introduction of the traditional Pho as well as some general information on Pho ( ingredients, cooking steps, how to enjoy Pho,...) by our whole- hearted chefs..
10:30 - 11:30: Pick some fresh organic herbs for your own bowl of Pho.
Start to learn how to make Vietnamese pho with the beginning of making rice flour to some important steps such as making flat rice noodle, cook the broth,..
11:30 - 12:00: Prepare some papaya pickle as a side dish and get your Pho on the table and enjoy it.
